Nestled on the Kata headland between two of the finest west coast beaches, this seafront development is at one of the most stunning locations on the island of Phuket. The apartments are called "The Sky Villas" because they are cross between a villa and an apartment. They are much larger than most apartments, all having their own swimming pools (a first in Phuket) and there is a maximum of three units in each block giving a very intimate feel. They range from 1 to 4 bedrooms and have been designed by Original Vision who won the Best Architect in Thailand award in 2006 for their Samsara development. There are 4 types of Sky Villa and there will be only 33 in total.

Ocean Loft - 1 bedroom, 175 sq m approx with 7 m x 3 m infinity pool.
Pool Condo - 2 bedrooms, 191 sq m with 7 m x 3 m infinity pool.
Sky Duplex - 3 bedrooms, 324 sq m with 7 m x 3 m infinity pool and separate Jacuzzi.
Club Penthouse - 4 bedrooms, 460 sq m with 10 m x 3.5 m infinity pool and 2 Jacuzzis.

The Residents at Kata Rocks will also benefit from the oceanfront Club House which will have it's own large swimming pool, a bistro and sunset bar. There will also be a luxury spa and gym along with a quiet reading lounge and business centre. The car parking is all underground. As those who have visited our site will know, between the Kata Rocks site and the sea is a massive granite platform, which is only accessible from Kata Rocks. On this platform, nature has placed some stunning rock boulders, which make this site so unique and offer the name Kata Rocks. This granite platform gives a fantastic private lounging area of about 2,000 sq m right on the sea in addition to the spacious Club House pool, bistro and sunset bar. For those that want sand between their toes as well as all this, Kata Beach is only a 2 minute walk from the site and the development will be providing buggies to take the Kata Rocks residents there.

Kata Rocks will also be offering a very high level of service to its occupants including a full concierge service, chefs for in home dining, housekeeping etc. They have hired Chantal Fernandes (previously of Amanpuri) who is working with them as a consultant to advise on these aspects and to ensure that we deliver the very best. The Sky Villas will be sold with both a 30 year lease and the shares in the company that owns their group of blocks. These shares along with special voting rights will allow the new owners to renew their own leases. This makes the leases perpetual.
