This magnificent three-bedroom villa has a total area of 400 square meters approximately, situated on the hillside in Surin, overlooking the Andaman Sea at front. The house is built on four different levels and is entered through the parking lot on the third floor. It comes with three bedrooms, four bathrooms, huge living and dining area, fully furnished kitchen, spacious patio and poolside pavilion for your outdoor enjoyment.

Behind the entrance door, you will encounter two staircases; one of which leads to the master bedroom on the fourth floor and the other brings you to the living and dining area and another passageway to the lower floor where the second and third bedrooms are. Every room has an en-suite bathroom with a shower (master bedroom comes with a bathroom with Jacuzzi) and has been designed to give a sea view from its own balcony.

On the second floor, a study room is set instead of a fourth bedroom. It is here where you will find a comfortable big daybed and a computer set to use. Walking down a bit to the ground floor, you will reach the second and third bedrooms that have queen-size beds and private terraces.

For those who love sunbathing, you can do so on your own deck where two pool loungers are placed by a 27 square-meter infinity edge swimming pool.
