From the entrance door there are two staircases; one of which leads to the grand master bedroom on the fourth floor as the master bedroom occupies the entire upper floor with all the great sea view to behold and the other brings you to the expansive living room, dining and kitchen area. This floor occupies the balcony, deck and the private swimming pool over looking only but views of the sea and the occasional moored yachts. The lower floor has the study/media room and side garden with its lovely flowers and fish ponds and this floor also has the first guest room. The 3rd and fourth bedrooms including the ground garden and the maids room is just a few steps down. Every room has an en-suite bathroom with a shower (master bedroom comes with a Jacuzzi) and has been designed to give a sea view from its own balcony.
