An enclosed kitchen is located next to the more formal dining area, with an informal eating area between the kitchen and the pool deck. A sala, positioned next to the pool, offers an outside dining option. Stairs lead up to the large master bedroom with ocean view and down to the third bedroom. The second bedroom overlooks the pool deck. Ensuite bathrooms include a bath, separate shower, toilet and double basins, with access to the landscaped outside bathing deck.
