Common area maintenance such as gardening, road maintenance and cleaning service

Management of Property Services:
For owners who wish to arrange additional services to their property, The Management Company can enter into a contract to provide a number of support services. These optional contracted services are entirely between the owner and Management Company.
Management of Property Rentals:
For those owners of Baan RATCHAMAKA who wish to see a return on their investment through rental, the Management Company will offer a professional service to maximize your return, and take care of the property during the rental period.
