Payments

3. Second Installment (25% of total) upon completion of foundation.
4. Fourth Installment (20% of total) upon completion of roof and frame.
5. Fifth Installment (20% of total) upon completion of villa structure.
6. Final Payment (10% of total) upon villa ownership transfer and land lease registration with the responsible land office.
Property Management and Maintenance Services
Maintenance of the common areas and management of the Project will be accomplished by the developer, and an annual maintenance levy will be charged to the Town-house owners to cover the cost of these services. Additionally, payment into a Sinking Fund shall be made to cover costs for major repairs in the Project.
In addition, the maintenance company may offer maintenance services to individual Town-house owners, including:
