PAYMENT TERNS & CONDITIONS
1. Reservation Deposit 200,000 THB ( Two Hundred Thousand Thai Baht )
Reservation Deposit is required on the first day of signing the contract.
2. Second Payment 50% of the total balance
Second Payment is required 15 days after the day of the Reservation Deposit has been made, which will be the day that the land is transferred to the buyer.
3. The balance will be divided into 8 installments. The buyer is required to pay the installments during the construction period, which is 8 months. Each installment will be paid each month until month the 8th.
4. The land transfer fee is the customer’s expense.
5. Villa Maintenance Service for 1 and 2 bedroom villa 15,000 THB (Fifteen Thousand Thai Baht) per month.
