Upon the inauguration of Bangtao Tropical Residence Owners Committee, who will act as the owners representatives, Residence Park Property will report directly to the Owners Committee on a monthly basis providing monthly financial statements covering all relevant expenses together with regular reporting on various issues concerning the management of the common area.
Residence Park Property will work with the Owners Committee to ensure Bangtao Tropical Residence is managed transparently and effectively, ensuring that the investment made by each Owner is protected and enhanced.
TERM OF PAYMENT :
1. Reservation Fee 100,000 Baht. non refundable in event purchase does not proceed (within 15 days from receipt by client)
2. The first payment 20% of purchase price on signing of the Sale & Purchase Agreement ( less Reservation fee)
3. The second payment 25% of purchase price upon completion of pilling, foundation and ground beam.
4. The Third payment 25% of purchase price upon completion of the building structure and roof.
5. The Fourth payment 15% of purchase price upon completion.
6. The Fifth payment 10% of purchase price upon transfer.
