The location
Coconut Island rests peacefully in the sheltered waters of Phang-Nga Bay, just 500m off Phuket’s east coast, a mere five minute journey by speed boat. To date, the island has been spared from any significant development and remains a quaint, sleepy little Thai island, blessed with thick jungle interiors and sandy shores.
The surrounding seascape is one of the most photographed in the world. Phang-Nga Bay is famous for the dramatic limestone karsts and islets that loom out of the emerald waters. The warm, sheltered bay, bids smooth sailing, swimming and snorkelling all year round, and allows easy access to marine parks further a-field such as around the Tarutao islands or the Similans.

Land lease
The Village properties will be sold with a registered, 90-year leasehold title
(3 x 30 year renewable leases) this is recognised by Thai Law for foreign owners.
The lease, endows the owner with the usual rights of access to all common area facilities and decision-making processes.

This agreement deals with the purchase and construction of your villa.

Share Subscription Agreement
This agreement provides you with a share in an offshore company that controls that land holding company that owns the lease that you have

Estate Management Agreement
This agreement ensures that all common areas and estate amenities and services are thoroughly maintained for the protection of all owners’ investments. It also offers buyers an opportunity to let their property when vacant in order to generate rental income.
