Villa Baan Suk Sabai is located on a hill with stunning views over Surin beach and BangThao bay. It is a privately owned three bed roomed Thai style house. It has two living rooms, dinning room, study / fourth bedroom, large swimming pool, games room with pool table, BBQ, sala and well equipped kitchen. Each bedroom has a large bathroom with an outside double granite bath.
The swimming pool is 11 meters by 5 meters and has an infinity effect and bar with stools.
Surin beach is a 15 minute walk away and has plenty of local restaurants and bars, without being overcrowded, while the night life of Patong is just a 15 minute drive.
Surin is 25 minutes from the airport


Walk Through Description

Lower Level
Garage parking for two cars and entrance into Gallery area which displays local artifacts and artworks. Turning right leads to a separate bathroom, laundry area, storage room and maids quarters. Turning left from the gallery leads down to the open living area which has its own bar, fridge and microwave and stereo system. It is also equipped with a sofa and chairs and coffee table. This room is ideal for children/ teenagers who may want to have their own space.
Leading off the Living area are two bedrooms. Each bedroom has a king sized double bed with views out to sea. Each room also has a large bathroom and dressing area. The bathrooms have a toilet, shower and a double outside granite bath.

Upper Level
The main entrance to the house is gained by stepping across the pond and into the main living room. This room is equipped with a 42 inch flat screen TV, DVD player, cable TV and a surround sound system. It also has full reclining leather sofa and chairs to seat six.
This room leads out to the pool area which has a large sun deck and a shaded deck. The swimming pool is 11 meters by 5 meters and has an infinity effect and bar with stools. Hand made tiles making up pictures of turtles give the pool a special appearance. The pool is 1.4 meter deep at the shallow end and 1.8 meters at the deep end.
Leading off the shaded deck are the main stairs down to the lower level and the entrance to the dinning room.
The teak dining table can seat eight comfortably and the room is decorated with thai artifacts and pictures. The kitchen is next to the dinning room and fitted as a modern western kitchen. It has plenty of cupboard space, large fridge, oven and cooking hob.
Outside the kitchen is the guest’s changing room/ toilet and also a large thai sala equipped with cushions and a table for the ultimate in relaxing.
The Master bedroom overlooks the pool. It has a king sized double bed with views out to sea in two directions. It has a dressing room fitted with drawers and wardrobes and a large bathroom. The bathroom has a toilet, shower, double vanity basin. It also has a double outside granite bath/ Jacuzzi.
Leading off the bathroom is the study/ fourth bedroom. This is equipped with an office desk, high speed internet connection and a sofa that makes into a double bed.

Staff
1 maid and 1 chef assigned full time to the villa. Also pool maintenance / cleaning are carried out every day and a gardener visits as necessary.
