Set on 2 levels, the villa has an immense 135 m² open plan living area upstairs with a large covered balcony facing west, ideal for watching those magnificent sunsets. Apart from a large fully equipped modern kitchen this space has altogether 3 dining areas and 3 sitting areas. It has a high vaulted ceiling, many ceiling fans and strategically placed windows to take advantage of the cooling sea breezes.

Upstairs there is a shower room and toilet. WiFi internet is installed throughout the house. Downstairs are located 2 large ensuite master bedrooms overlooking the swimming pool and a further 2 ensuite bedrooms, all with aircon. There is a flat panel TV in every room with either international TV satellite reception or local cable TV.
